Brand new house on old foundation - rebuilt in 2025. Lovely modern, clean & comfy house for your enjoyment.
Good to know
You’ll have full private access to the house that was just rebuilt in 2025. (Basement is unfinished storage, and not accessible). Your entrance is up the exterior stairwell, with a keypad for self checkin. There’s an open plan living area with comfy lounge, full kitchen, dining table, coffee station. 2 bedrooms with comfy queen beds, closet, seat and TV’s. Full bathroom with tile shower. There’s a back private back deck off the kitchen with a grill, propane fire pit and seating. The house is surrounded by 1/2 acre of grassed lawn and woods for you to enjoy. Flat driveway with plenty of parking
Other Details to Note
The gravel road and driveway are flat but do not get plowed when it snows.

Quaint neighborhood that used to be full of natural healing springs that was a highlight destination. This farmhouse was 100 years old year when we rebuilt the upstairs in 2025. I wish we knew more about the history. There are houses on both sides but they are vacation homes, and there are trees and plenty of space between, so you won’t be seeing neighbors around our house or patio. Enjoy a walk around the gravel roads of the neighborhood, or a short drive to shops, blue ridge parkway, hiking, skiing, mountain biking, rock climbing, downtown Boone, Blowing Rock and West Jefferson.
Guest Access
You will have access to the entire upper floor of the house, deck and surrounding yard. The basement is unfinished storage and off limits. Plenty of flat parking.
